Our Staff and Faculty
The composition of the faculty, 67% of which is female, reflects the cultural and ethnic diversity of our student population. Latinos comprise 68% of IAC's Core and Adjunct instructors. Thirty six percent are White/Non-Hispanic with extensive teaching ethnically diverse students, and non-Latino African Americans compose another 2% of the faculty.
IAC staff members possess bilingual oral and written skills. They are professionals who have experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse students. The goal is to provide student centered services to make returning to college barrier free.
We are proud of our faculty and staff. They create an effective learning environment that attracts adult learners from a variety of backgrounds. With future world trends of North/South migration and globalized economies, InterAmerican College will be a successful learning model for societies and nations interested in higher education as part of democratic development.
